SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow a 24 hour minimum processing time for all orders. If order is placed before 12:00 p.m. CST, we will do our best to ship product(s) the same day of purchase. Any order(s) placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day. If an order is placed on a holiday, allow 24 to 48 hours of processing time.
Please follow special ordering instructions below for all products being shipped to the following locations
Alaska, Hawaii, and
all countries outside of the United States.
-Customers are required to email us at info@icebore.com to place an order.
-Include the products SKU:#, Qty of product(s) to be ordered, shipping address and telephone number
-After received, a confirmation email will be sent along with available payment methods.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If product fails in use and can no longer function due to faulty manufacturing (or) you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@icebore.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receiving your email, we will assess the issue and notify you within a reasonable amount of time. If you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
